Low Commission Real Estate in Hamilton

When you list your home with One Percent Realty, you pay only 1% total commission on a home valued at over $900,000 plus a $950 deal fee. That's it. Nothing upfront. (Homes valued between $400,000 to $900,000 pay a flat fee of $9000 plus the $950 deal fee.)

Example: Your home sells for $950,000.00. With One Percent Realty, you pay only $9500.00 in commission. At a brokerage offering 4% commission for example, you would pay $38,000.00 in commission fees.
